Baler, Aurora- This post has been long overdue. My family and I went to Aurora since my mom was "curious" about the rave of the place. We intend to go home after that. But! in an unexpected turn of events, we stayed the night- which means almost a day of exploring the place! Honestly, I think one day isn't enough to explore the entire city. There are a LOT of things that the city can offer. But I think we maximised our stay by going to some of the areas it is renowned for. Our first stop was the Museo de Baler. There's a ticket for the place which also includes pass to Doña Aurora's ancestral home. The museum offers you the background of the place and interesting art pieces from paintings to sculptures. There's also a Nipa hut outside, so be sure to check that out.
